Fees paid for medical consultations, administrative services, memberships, and completed services are generally non-refundable.

Medication costs, laboratory costs, shipping charges, and third-party vendor charges are non-refundable once processed.

Patients are responsible for maintaining current payment information for recurring memberships when applicable.

Failure to maintain payment may result in suspension or termination of services.

Communication Consent

By providing your contact information, you authorize BetterWell to communicate with you by phone, email, text message, patient portal, or other electronic methods.

Compounded Medication & Wellness Therapy Disclosure
